The Principal has considerable experience in the establishment and management of a Quality Management System. From a set of proven templates, we can help generate, quickly and efficiently, a suite of Procedures which will match the culture and size of your Company. The procedures are designed not to limit your Company but set in motion activities which promote routine and consistent activities leading to quality product and/or services.

The Technical File is the foundation on which CE marking is obtained. Techcel can advise on the full suite of documentation (eg Verification, validation etc) and Certifications (eg EMC, Drop and Vibration, Low Voltage etc) required for the file for valid CE Marking.  We can help establish the complete suite of documentation required so that documentation becomes a routine part of the design process rather than an afterthought.

The Principal has extensive experience is setting up Assembly and Test facilities. We can advise on the best practice for your Company and your product in terms of flow or cell manufacture or a combination of both and on the most cost-effective test strategy to ensure quality product. We can generate production material flow plans for each product together with a suite of Work Instructions promoting, again, routine and consistent activities.

 The Training offered by Techcel is specific to the requirements of the Company. We will train your staff in the QMS, documentation and Production Methodology. We believe that 'trained' people are 'motivated and confident' people.
