TECHCEL was formed in 1991 primarily to bridge the gap between Design and Manufacture. Whilst Techcel itself does not manufacture

products, it co-ordinates with local manufacturers to ensure that the products designed can be manufactured with consistency in quality,

integrity and cost-effectiveness. All Techcel services are particularly aimed at entrepreneurs and small 'start-up' businesses who may

lack the in-house expertise to quickly and efficiently gain the necessary accreditation and/or products to make best use of the market 

opportunities presented. Likewise, we have considerable experience in supporting industries whose products were not, in themselves, 

electronic, but relied on electronics for control or monitoring.  

Design & Development	Products are developed from concept to manufacture and supported during the introduction into Manufacture and beyond. Our aim is to be more responsive to the client and to understand and meet the longer term interests of innovators, entrepreneurs and manufacturers. The Staff and Associates have all had extensive experience in Industry and are fully aware of market-led new product introduction schedules.
Consultancy	All services are realistic and offer practical solutions to technical, manufacturing and test problems. Techcel has considerable experience in the preparation of Procedures for certification under ISO 9001:2000 and offers consultancy is this, in movement from ISO 9001:2001 to ISO 9001:2003 and in the preparation of Technical Files for products to be submitted for CE Marking.

TECHCEL is located central to Northern Ireland and close to the International Airport. We are, therefore, able to visit clients and manufacturers regularly and at short notice ensuring a fast and efficient service.
